1. Purpose of the Terms of Service
• The Terms of Service define the relationship between The Yonsei Annals and users of NUTRICARE, (“member(s)”) or non-members, with regards to service usage guideline & process, rights & responsibilities, and other necessary information which will help you use The Yonsei Annals’ services.

2. Legitimacy and modification
• You must consent to our terms in order to use of services; by signing up as a member, you are deemed to having agreed to our Terms of Service.
• The terms hold legitimacy via its online publishment.
• The Yonsei Annals holds the right to modify the terms when inevitable circumstances arise; the modified terms will hold legitimacy through its online publishment.
• If users disagree with the modified terms, they can rightfully withdraw their membership; continuing our services after the modified terms have been published will deemed as users consenting to the modified terms.

3. Rules outside the terms
• Criteria not mentioned in the terms adhere to related laws of the Republic of Korea.

4. User Contract
• You may sign up to be a member after reading and providing your consent to the Terms of Service. The contract is completed when The Yonsei Annals provides its approval.
• The Yonsei Annals holds the right to decline requests if users enter false information during the registration process or if users’ registration violates related criterion.

5. Terminating User Contract
• Members may always request to terminate the user contract.
• Upon receiving the request, The Yonsei Annals will withdraw users’ membership without delay and destroy all private information unless it is specified otherwise in our Privacy Policy.
• The Yonsei Annals holds the rights to restrict, terminate, or freeze the user contract if members violate the responsibilities deliberated in clause 9.

6. Services
• The Yonsei Annals provides the following services:
– Product information provision
– Order and payment service
– Delivery service
– A/S and customer support service

• The Yonsei Annals can add, modify, and/or remove services if needed.

7. Our Responsibility
• We will put our best efforts into providing stable and smooth services for users.
• We operate 24/7 throughout the year; however, services may be temporarily inaccessible in the case of regular check-ups, unforeseen events, and/or emergencies.

8. Protection of Private Information
• The Yonsei Annals cannot reveal or share members’ private information with third parties without prior consent; however, this does not apply if said information are required to be disclosed by laws and regulations.
• The Yonsei Annals notifies information regarding private information protection via our “Privacy Policy.”

9. Member Responsibility
• Members have the responsibility to manage their own User ID and Password.
• Members cannot pass on or share their User ID with a third party.
• Members must notify The Yonsei Annals if their User ID is being or has been used unlawfully.
• Members must make sure that there are no false or omitted information in the registration process.
• Members must not violate third party rights and copyright et cetera.
• Members must adhere to these terms and related regulations; members must not act in ways that cause harm or hinder The Yonsei Annals’ business.
• Members are barred from using The Yonsei Annals’ service to generate profit.

10. Copyright
• All services provided by The Yonsei Annals and advertisers belong to The Yonsei Annals, contents providers, and advertisers, respectively. All property is protected by copyright law; duplication, publishment, transmission, and other uses of property without the prior consent of The Yonsei Annals, content providers, and advertisers is NOT permitted. Violation of these terms will be dealt with according to related regulations.
• The Yonsei Annals holds no responsibility regarding contents uploaded by users such as, but not limited to, article comments, notice boards, and so on.
• The Yonsei Annals notifies information regarding copyright through our “Copyright” policy.

11. Other
• The Terms of Service was drafted based on the standard terms of the Fair Trade Commission of the Republic of Korea.
